According to an article published by PR Newswire, the Women Presidents Organization, "released the 16th annual ranking of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies. Topping this year's 50 Fastest Growing list are, for the first time, three product-based companies in the fashion apparel and jewelry industries, followed closely by companies focused on staffing, technology, food and beverage, and consumer product goods, among others."
In order to be considered and a part of this process, women in business must report on their growth so far and share their business intentions for the coming year. Of these businesses, the ones recognized are credited with generating a combined $9.4 billion in revenue and employing over 20,000 people together. As a future fashion PR force, this news is not only game-changing but inspiring!!
Two of the three brands on the top podium are brands I've analyzed and followed. "Ring Concierge New York" and "Fresh Clean Threads" from La Jolla California. Each brand is established and accomplished in its own right, so it makes perfect sense it topped the 50 Fastest Growing list.
Let's take a look at the breakdown for the usual demographics of honorees:
Average years in business: 17
Average honoree age: 49
84% started the business
98% provide health insurance
96% provide bonuses
64% do business globally
For privately-held, woman-owned/led corporations, these numbers are astounding! Clearly, these Boss Lady CEOS are doing something right. Not only are they successful entrepreneurs, but the report indicates that they have sound business practices and take care of their employees too. Personally, I’m most interested and inspired by the success of "Ring Concierge New York", a luxury bridal and jewlery brand because their industry and target market are niche and small, making it harder to reach larger clients effectively.

In order to achieve their objectives, "Ring Concierge New York" drove overall growth by "strategically utilizing social media, resulting in a 1,200% increase in revenue from 2018 to 2022.” Impressive to say the least.
