Ballin' on a Budget 💰

The hardest part for style-conscious lovers of high fashion is finding the pieces we love without having to spend three months' rent on one purchase. Some of my favorite brands are Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari , Givenchy, and Dior. All of these lines are luxury and none of them come with an affordable option for customers on a college student budget. If luxury items are out of your price range or you simply can’t justify spending that much on one piece, you are not alone. I will share some of my highly recommended stores and boutiques where you can find luxury-style pieces on an average person’s budget.

Do you love classic yet edgy European styles? If yes, then you should check your local outlet for Zara or head over to Zara.com. Zara is an international clothing company, based in Spain, belonging to one of the largest distribution groups in the world. Their self-described (and extremely accurate brand identity is “timeless modernity” and they have been pioneers of fashion since 1975.

Here are some pieces currently existing in my closet from Zara in Eugene!

For my followers who live in streetwear and are in need of elevating their athleisure game, I recommend Topshop/Topman. Founded in the ‘60s, Topshop is a British fashion label, formerly available in multiple states across the U.S. but now exists mainly online.

Topshop is the staple for sleek and chic fashion finds to compliment a look or build a brand-new outfit. One reason why their athleisure section stands out is that it has a corresponding shoe section so you can grab the perfect pair of kicks to go with your outfit.

I haven’t bought these items yet but they are definitely going on my wishlist.

Another European brand that should be added to your shopping list is the Swedish store H&M. H&M has a strong physical presence with hundreds of stores across the country.

Their website is also a great place to shop for unique and under-shopped items you can’t find in stores.

I recently went to my local H&M to pickup some pieces for an event, check it out!
